Evaluation Phase:
This is where we'll evaluate the quality of your photos and complexity of design. You must fill out one of the forms below to get started.

Cost Estimate:
Next, we'll email you an estimate of costs associated to complete your project.

Deposit:
A $89 deposit must be made in order to start the project. This fee is non-refundable.

Graphic Designer:
Next, you will be personally assigned one of our talented graphic artists' who will email you to discuss the finer details of what you have envisioned. See below for some examples of our work.

Interaction:
The custom design process is very intimate and personal, making sure "no stone is left unturned". You will be involved every step of the way.

Revisions:
You'll get 1 revision included in the estimated price. Additional revisions will be $45 each. Typically, we can wrap up your custom design without multiple revisions.

Completion Time:
Once your final design is completed, you will need to sign off on the final proof. At this point, your headstone will move into our production lineup where it will take about 4-5 weeks to manufacture and 1 week to ship.
